This VideoCast Series is dedicated to all those people who use Microsoft products
to innovate in their own fields. Microsoft brings a lot of technology to the
market and it has always amazed me what people can do with it. This VideoCast
series will show examples of the great products and uses of Microsoft software and

Bill Steele
http://blogs.msdn.com/wsteele/
Bill loves creating the applications that often pop right into his head. Unfortunately,
it takes his fingers a little longer to type them in. Bill is MCSD certified and
has logged more than 15 years as a software developer. Previously, Bill worked for
a regional consulting firm where he developed applications that managed internal
business operations in areas including IT service management, transportation logistics,
and financial management. Bill was responsible for building integration applications
between various ISV's products and the client's IT infrastructure. He also spent
more than seven years at StrideRite Corporation, where he honed his development
skills in Visual Basic, C++ and a range of IT roles. What's the toughest part of
managing a 50-member team? "Those developer types always think they know it all,"
Bill says with a wink.

Phil Wheat
http://blog.austinwheats.net/
Philip Wheat has just come over from the consulting world where he spent a good
part of the last decade implementing .NET in general and often SharePoint in particular
to customers all over the country. New to the DPE organization (as of February),
he's not new to the idea of engaging, exciting, and enabling customers to achieve
their personal goals and business objectives using not just Microsoft software products,
but especially the development tools and platforms behind those products.
